ModScrubs charges a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all standard orders below Rs. 4,000. There are no hidden charges.

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Expected delivery within 3–5 business days.
• Note: Delivery may take longer depending on your location or courier accessibility.

COD is available for most major cities in Pakistan and is simple to use:

• After placing a COD order, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will call to confirm your order (first-time customers only).
• Returning customers' orders are automatically confirmed and dispatched.
• If you miss the call, please contact us within 24 hours at +92 300-3917772 to confirm your order.
• Unconfirmed orders may be canceled automatically.

⚠️ COD Purchase Limit

• COD is available for orders up to Rs. 5,000.
• Orders above Rs. 5,000 require advance payment via Easypaisa, Mobicash, or Bank Transfer.
• All wholesale/bulk orders must be paid in Half in advance, regardless of the amount.
